Eleanor has an MSc in International Planning and Development and is an MRTPI Chartered Town Planner specialising in planning advice for large scale solar PV developments and energy storage systems, in addition to other forms of renewable energy, including community energy schemes.

She has 5 years’ experience in local authority planning, with emphasis on infrastructure delivery and neighbourhood planning, and broad knowledge of local and national planning policy. She has recently been working on planning applications for a number of commercial-scale glasshouse projects in England.

Eleanor also has experience in international Environmental & Social consultancy, which has been mainly focused on the African solar market and includes the production of E&S Management Plans and E&S and Equator Principle Action Plans. Outside work Eleanor enjoys windsurfing and scuba diving and travelling to sunny places to do both.
